Great core work…
– This is a beginner move when you sit with feet on the ground while nearly sitting straight up and then paddling slowly.
– This is an intermediate move ( as shown in video ) when you sit with feet on the ground while leaning/pivoting backwards at waist, with back flat ( no slumping, head back as well – neutral ) and paddling slowly in order to maintain a steady balance point ( which moves very slightly and engages the core ).
– This is an advanced move by simply initiating the intermediate movements with additional backwards lean/pivot. Always stop repetitions when you feel the form begin to deteriorate. Less with great form in multiple sets is best

What happened before my one minute pitch during the Shark Tank interview for the show was clear to me that we are on track to break the stereotype that most think of when they see someone walking with poles. The change is here to overcome the stereotype whether you walk or do not with poles. There is so much more and with that the rising tide of participation in the U.S. raises all ships 😉
I presented to a seasoned Fitness Professional who saw these images above before I pitched my ideas. He said; “no need to say anything, I get it, in fact I see poles out here in Santa Monica, California a lot. Really was not attracted to doing it myself, as I am a runner. Yet these images add something that gives me more and opens up to doing it with others anywhere….”

December, January and February have been fruitful, while competing for my time needed; in product partnerships, preparing for Shark Tank interview, physically moving to a new home, including office, collaborations efforts with Skype meetings and countless emails, as well the planning needed in the “new ibodyWALK programing” for the 2nd year in The Villages, Florida this spring ( — you are right, to assume the official launch will be delayed yet complete…
Its a perfect time to join, and engage in a role that goes beyond simply titles.
Any eager advocate, and or hands on, feet on the ground business partners / investor will be well satisfied as we change the way everyone perceives the best way to return again to a life of motion. “Take Your Walking to the Next Level” with “ibodyWALK”tm
It’s EASY!! Fitness Poles + Freehand + Stretchcord Exercises designed for 6 and up; health challenged, fitness training for beginners thru advanced and the very athletic that are looking to x-train or stay in shape in off-season.

For 20 years now in the U.S. Pole Walking, Nordic Walking or Fitness Walking which we can call the generic term describing a multitude of brand names (Google any generic to find a brand name). Most all brands have been well intended, yet without long-term participation and as such have gone virtually unnoticed for years. This I have discovered is primarily due to the focus on a limited participant demographic by an equally small number of active pole walking leaders. I commend their intentions.
The final “ibodyWALK”tm products and programming will be a result of key partnerships (released soon) which will bring a great deal of excitement and activity. We will set up demos at no charge in; churches, schools, corporations, neighborhoods, active living communities, health and medical facilities in order to build on this unlimited venture.
The proof of concept has been successfully demonstrated by the consumer demand beginning in the spring of 2012 thru spring of 2013 in my previous Pole Walking initiatives. This has led to over 3000 participants from around the country and counting who own poles and have begun to pole walk. In response to 100s of personal conversations and the overwhelming requests I needed to support this growth with a concept name. Drum roll for the Next PC of Walking — “ibodyWALK”tm. This will quickly create a movement that will take “ibodyWALK”tm to be the “Next Health and Fitness Wave of this Millennium”tk. There will be easy to learn online videos, instructional materials which can be combined with any Fitness Walking Pole as we launch in to spring of 2014.
The key motivation for me with “ibodyWALK”tm is a purposed solution that quickly answers the lack of human movement (physical fitness) in our busy day using a simple to use tool and activity. The multiplying health effect of walking with poles with proper form and effort can deliver near to 2 x the benefits of that of regular walking (the field testing study at the Cooper Institute by Church and colleagues in 2002 is one of many Pole Walking research studies). When the programming of “ibodyWALK”tm makes the additions of the Poles, Freehand exercises and the Stretch-cords the benefits to a wider cross-section of participants cannot be matched anywhere.

The FITNESS and SPORT POLES and PROGRAM INSTRUCTIONS will as well come with specific protocols and product functions which will be discussed as the site is rolled out. The sight is under construction and until all the necessary individuals, intellectual properties and operational components are all in proper position the details will be held back to the public. With several years in trial and development the evidence and results clearly points at this time to launch to the public the single greatest change leading to an ongoing health and fitness daily attitude…
